Laylatu l-Isra’ (the 27^th of Rajab)

The night before the 27^th of Rajab is the Night of Ascension of the Prophet (saw).

One may do the following between the Maghrib and ‘Isha’ prayer: 
a)      Prayer 20 raka’at, 2 or 4 at a time, reading 20 Ikhlas us Sharif in each raka’at.
b)       After the 20 raka’at, read 100 Istighfar out loud.
c)       Then, 100 Salawat Sharifah out loud
